Ucraina, il premier indiano Modi arriva a Kiev in treno

Il primo ministro indiano Narendra Modi è arrivato a Kiev. Lo riportano i media ucraini pubblicando un video dove si vede il corteo di auto attraversare le strade della capitale. Prima di recarsi in Ucraina il primo ministro indiano è stato in Polonia dove ha incontrato i vertici politici di Varsavia. La visita di Modi in Ucraina giunge è avvenuto un mese e mezzo dopo che Zelensky aveva criticato il suo viaggio a Mosca a luglio in un giorno in cui i missili russi avevano colpito l'Ucraina, uccidendo decine di persone. Zelensky aveva descritto quella missione come “un'enorme delusione e un colpo devastante agli sforzi di pace” rimproverando Modi per aver abbracciato Putin durante il loro incontro. L'India ha evitato di condannare l'invasione russa e ha invece esortato Russia e Ucraina a risolvere il conflitto attraverso il dialogo e la diplomazia.
