Ue: Procaccini (Fdi-Ecr), 'su case green pericoloso salto nel buio come con superbonus'

Roma, 13 apr. (Adnkronos) - “La direttiva sulle case green voluta dalla UE e' una norma irrealistica e pericolosa perché costringe gli Stati, in particolare l'Italia che non ha un patrimonio immobiliare moderno, a dover ristrutturare milioni di edifici privati senza sapere dove prendere i soldi necessari, rischiando un pericoloso salto nel buio come il superbonus insegna” . Lo ha dichiarato l'europarlamentare Nicola Procaccini, responsabile ambiente ed energia del Fratelli d'Italia e copresidente del gruppo dei conservatori al Parlamento europeo, intervenendo questa mattina a Roma al Forum delle imprese del Lazio. “Questa normativa è anche un attacco al modello sociale che gli italiani hanno da molte generazioni. Per gli italiani - ha aggiunto Procaccini- la casa è il luogo dove è contenuta la famiglia e lasciare una casa ai propri figli è un obiettivo di vita, un fattore culturale che altre nazioni non hanno. Ora l'Europa pretende di normare il comparto case senza tener conto degli aspetti sociali e culturali che questo comporta. Essere conservatori significa anche conservare il nostro modello sociale, che non è obsoleto come fanno intendere i socialisti, e nella prossima legislatura europea difenderemo la casa a costo di modificare i regolamenti sulla materia”, conclude.
