Venezuela: Maduro, 'Centro Carter controllato da Usa, rapporto scritto da un mese'

Caracas, 1 ago. (Adnkronos/Dpa/Europa Press) - Il presidente del Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, ha sostenuto che il rapporto del Centro Carter, specializzato nell'osservazione elettorale e che ieri concludeva che le elezioni tenutesi questo fine settimana "non possono essere considerate democratiche", era già stato scritto "da un mese", e che l'organizzazione è controllata dal governo degli Stati Uniti. "Il Carter Center ha due storie - ha affermato Maduro parlando in una conferenza stampa - Una con il presidente Jimmy Carter e ora con queste persone che lo gestiscono, che vengono dal Dipartimento di Stato e lavorano presso l'Usaid (Agenzia degli Stati Uniti per lo sviluppo internazionale). Tutti coloro che provengono dal Carter Center avevano il rapporto già scritto da un mese".
