Visibilia: al via udienza, cinque soci di minoranza chiedono di essere parte civile

Milano, 3 ott. (Adnkronos) - Nella prima udienza preliminare dell'inchiesta Visibilia Editore che vede indagate per falso in bilancio 17 persone (più tre società) - tra cui la ministra del Turismo Daniela Santanché - sono cinque i soci di minoranza di Visibilia Editore, tra cui l'imprenditore Giuseppe Zeno, che hanno chiesto di essere ammessi come parte civile nell'eventuale processo. Si tratta di alcuni dei soci che avevano presentato l'esposto da cui è partita l'indagini affidata ai pm Maria Giuseppina Gravina e Luigi Luzi. La gup di Milano Anna Marelli ha concesso un breve termine alle difese degli imputati - l'udienza riprenderà alle ore 12 - per analizzare le istanze in vista della discussione. Fissato già anche un fitto calendario di udienze (17 e 30 ottobre, 21, 22, 25 e 26 novembre).
