Visibilia: gup Milano ammette tre piccoli azionisti come parti civili

Milano, 3 ott. (Adnkronos) - La gup di Milano Anna Magelli ha ammesso tre delle cinque richieste di costituzione di parte civile - tra cui quella dell'imprenditore Giuseppe Zeno - nella prima udienza preliminare dell'inchiesta su Visibilia Editore che vede indagate per falso in bilancio 17 persone (più tre società) tra cui la ministra del Turismo Daniela Santanché. Si tratta di alcuni dei piccoli azionisti che avevano presentato l'esposto da cui è partita l'indagini affidata ai pm Maria Giuseppina Gravina e Luigi Luzi. Zeno chiede come risarcimento una somma che sfiora i 180mila euro lamentando agli imputati di aver "nascosto il reale stato patrimoniale della società e la sua effettiva capacità economica e imprenditoriale, inducendo in errore il mercato". La prossima udienza, con la discussione della procura, è fissata per il prossimo 17 ottobre, il calendario prevede udienze fino al 26 novembre.
