Zelensky apre alla presenza della Russia al prossimo vertice di pace

Kiev, 15 lug. (askanews) - Per la prima volta il presidente ucraino Volodymyr Zelensky si è dichiarato favorevole alla partecipazione della Russia al futuro vertice di pace organizzato a Kiev, dopo i primi colloqui di metà giugno in Svizzera senza Mosca. "Penso che i rappresentanti russi dovrebbero partecipare a questo secondo vertice", ha detto il presidente ucraino in una conferenza stampa a Kiev, auspicando che un "piano" per un simile incontro possa essere pronto a novembre. Poi ha affermato di non essere preoccupato dalla prospettiva di un'altra presidenza di Donald Trump negli Stati Uniti, nonostante le indicazioni che un'amministrazione Trump potrebbe essere più solidale con il Cremlino.
