A partire da oggi, le guardie di sicurezza privata saranno presenti sui bus di Trieste, così come decretato dalla Regione Fvg

Per combattere la violenza sui mezzi pubblici, gli autobus di Trieste saranno presidiati da guardie giurate armate, grazie a un progetto finanziato dalla Regione Fvg e sostenuto dal Comune di Trieste. Questa iniziativa sarà in vigore fino a giugno, grazie ai fondi della Legge regionale 13/2023, che permette ai Comuni con più di 20mila residenti di finanziare progetti di sicurezza nel trasporto pubblico. Trieste ha ricevuto 121mila euro, Udine 59mila, Pordenone 31mila e Monfalcone 18mila. L'assessore regionale alla Sicurezza, Pierpaolo Roberti, ha condannato i recenti episodi di violenza, sottolineando l'importanza di mantenere la sicurezza nei trasporti pubblici del Friuli Venezia Giulia.
