Il Consiglio di Stato ha temporaneamente sospeso il regolamento per il nuovo percorso liceale del Made in Italy. Tra le questioni sollevate vi sono la mancanza della preventiva consulenza della Conferenza unificata e possibili costi non esplicitati nel bilancio pubblico. Il Ministro delle Imprese, Adolfo Urso, ha assicurato che il liceo proseguirà e che i primi corsi sono già iniziati. Il ministro per l'Istruzione, Giuseppe Valditara, è stato criticato per aver trascurato alcune procedure burocratiche. Rispetto alla riforma del liceo, membri dell'opposizione parlamentare e il capo del Ministero dell'Istruzione del Partito Democratico hanno espresso critiche riguardo alla gestione della questione.
