È essenziale adottare un approccio basato sui dati e sull'IA per migliorare la salute e il benessere dei dipendenti e aumentare l'engagement e la produttività. Le aziende devono ridurre il rischio di burnout, allineare i valori aziendali con la salute e il benessere, semplificare le politiche e i processi per trattenere i talenti e migliorare la produttività complessiva.
