**Open Arms: pm, 'diritti dell'uomo vengono prima della difesa dei confini'**

Palermo, 14 set. (Adnkronos) - "I diritti dell'uomo vengono prima della difesa dei confini". Così il Procuratore aggiunto di Palermo Marzia Sabella nel corso della requisitoria del processo a carico del ministro Matteo Salvini, accusato di sequestro di persona e di rifiuti di atto d'ufficio, per avere impedito nel 2019 l'attracco in Italia alla imbarcazione della ong spagnola Open Arms. Il magistrato, in aula con i sostituti Calogero Ferrara e Giorgia Righi, ha poi parlato di un "iter criminoso" "non concedere il porto sicuro ai migranti”. Ecco le parole del Procuratore aggiunto Sabella: "Non si può invocare la difesa dei confini senza tenere conto della tutela della vita umana in mare". La discussione prosegue con l'intervento del pm Ferrara, applicato al processo, dopo l'ingresso nella Procura europea.
