Territorio, Loffredo: legame indissolubile governance-scienza

Roma, 6 lug. (askanews) - "Indissolubile è il legame tra governance e scienza poiché le scelte devono fondarsi su basi solide anche se probabilistiche. Proprio il manifestarsi non deterministico delle catastrofi naturali (ed antropiche) necessita di un approccio olistico che intreccia i diversi contenuti delle discipline scientifiche per consentire scelte consapevoli e basate sulla massimizzazione del rapporto tra valore e costi". Lo ha affermato Gianluca Loffredo, vice commissario per la ricostruzione a Ischia, in occasione del convegno su "Governance del territorio. Conoscenza, prevenzione, rischi e ricostruzione" organizzato da RemTech Expo (Ferrara), dalla Regione Campania, dai dipartimenti dell'Università Federico II Distar e Dicea, dagli ordini nazionali degli Ingegneri e dei Geologi, a Napoli nei saloni dell'ex facoltà di Economia in via Partenope.
