Ue: Ronzulli, 'case green attentato alle tasche dei cittadini'

Roma, 14 apr. (Adnkronos) - “Alle europee Forza Italia farà un grande risultato, che sarà fondamentale per il futuro dell'Unione. All'Ue serve una commissione di centrodestra per difendere i cittadini dalle idee balzane che tanti danni hanno provocato in questi anni. L'ultima, in ordine di tempo, è la direttiva sulle ‘case green', un attentato alle tasche delle famiglie”. Così, la senatrice di Forza Italia e vice presidente del Senato, Licia Ronzulli, intervenendo a Matera nel corso della campagna elettorale per le elezioni Regionali in Basilicata. “L'obbligo di adeguare entro il 2035 tutte le abitazioni ad una superiore classe energetica - ha proseguito - rappresenta un colpo per i proprietari, che in caso contrario non potranno neanche vendere l'immobile. Quei cittadini che a prezzo di grandi sacrifici, dopo anni e anni di lavoro, spesso accendendo mutui molto onerosi, sono riusciti a comprarsi una casa, rischiano ora di dover rimettere mano al portafoglio per ristrutturazioni che non possono permettersi. Dovranno rifare gli infissi, rivedere i riscaldamenti, montare i pannelli fotovoltaici. Ma ce la vedete Matera, i sassi, le case dalle mura bianche deturpate da mille pannelli fotovoltaici? Noi siamo per la transizione ecologica e un ambiente più pulito. Ma a tutto c'è un limite”, ha concluso.
