Giustizia: Pd, Bernini riferisca su codice diritto civile sessista e anti-toghe

Roma, 8 ago. (Adnkronos) - Il gruppo del Partito democratico della Camera ha presentato un'interrogazione parlamentare per chiedere alla ministra dell'Università, Anna Maria Bernini, quali iniziative intende assumere in merito all'impiego nei corsi di studio dell'ultima edizione del Manuale di diritto privato, edito dalla Esi e curato dal professor Francesco Gazzoni che presenta "tesi sessiste e un evidente pregiudizio di fondo verso i magistrati". L'interrogazione - promossa dalla responsabile giustizia del Pd, Debora Serracchiani, e sottoscritta dalle deputate e dai deputati del gruppo del Pd della Camera, Di Biase, Gianassi, Ferrari, Forattini, Ghio, Lacarra, Malavasi, Manzi, Marino - sottolinea come si tratti di "tesi che lasciano esterrefatti in quanto contenute all'interno di un manuale rivolto agli studenti di diritto e quindi con un obiettivo chiaramente formativo"
